Shipping policy

The customer can choose between different delivery methods. Products are delivered to various providers with whom Borut Glavina s.p. stipulated a contract. We ship by registered mail and with tracking numbers, so please make sure that someone can pick up the package at the time of delivery. Before shipping, we carefully secure the products to prevent any damage.

The delivery provider reserves the right to verify the recipient's identity appropriately (access to personal or other documents), as this ensures that the ordered goods are delivered to the customer.

Due to the different weights and dimensions of individual products, the shipping costs of each product are different, and they also depend on the final destination (Slovenia, EU, other). Shipping costs will be quoted before the purchase is completed. You can check them by continuing to the checkout.
